Briefly, if I may portray Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transportation in short CILT, it is an International Professional body for all the sectors of the Logistics and Transportation, founded in the UK in 1919 and was granted a Royal Charter in 1926. Indian Chapter of CILT was formed in 1987
